Helen Smith is a Senior Account Manager with Bentleys Insurance Services (Vic) Pty Ltd at Bentleys Victoria.
Helen joined the Bentleys team in March 2022 and brings with her a strong service ethic and hands-on approach. Helen has a strong technical and global market knowledge, having provided insurance broking services for some of Australia’s largest private and ASX listed companies, in addition to multi-national corporations.
Helen has specialised in professional liability broking and has considerable experience arranging insurance solutions for large corporate entities, professional firms, group associations and SME’s. Her specialisation includes Professional Indemnity, Directors’ and Officers’ Liability, Crime, Information Technology, Cyber and Management Liability.
Helen is also an experienced general lines broker, delivering insurance broking services to numerous industries including aged care, retail, real estate, logistics, construction, manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, tourism, mining exploration, conservation and recruitment. General Lines specialisations include Industrial Special Risk, Public Liability, Marine, Motor, Contract Works, and Corporate Travel.
Prior to beginning her insurance career in 2013, Helen worked in Financial Services within the Legal Industry.
