Robin Allardice is a dynamic, results-orientated leader with a strong track record. He has superior interpersonal skills and can resolve multiple complex issues, motivating staff to peak performance.
Robin is co-owner and one of seven executive directors of the Bentleys Tasmania Group. He holds the position of Managing Director, which has facilitated him to drive the organisation’s strategic vision. Since joining in July 2005, the firm has implemented industry-leading systems and technology, which have allowed the directors’ vision to become a reality. Robin is also responsible for Innovation and Technology. Robin’s credentials in this area are further demonstrated via his role as Chair for Glass Wall Lab – a specialist systems development, implementation and hyper care business.
In 2014, Robin was recognised nationally as a cloud accounting leader by being invited by Xero Limited, the leader in cloud accounting software, to become a foundation member of the Xero Partner Advisory Council.
Robin continually looks for ways to utilise technology to improve efficiencies for both Bentleys and its clients’ businesses.
