Darren is a director of taxation in Sydney and heads up the firm’s Asian services practice. Darren has over 20 years experience as a tax advisor, and prior to joining Bentleys, Darren was a partner at a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm.
With particular expertise in advising on corporate group structuring, international taxation, and mergers and acquisitions, Darren brings a depth of experience to his role, offering clients practical solutions to complex tax issues.
Darren has extensive experience working in commerce, having worked in corporate tax in the finance, and energy and resources sectors. Darren possesses broad experience in a range of industries. He advises on income tax matters relating to property, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution.
