Gerald Kenehan

As a business advisory director, Gerald is responsible for a wide variety of clients including high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business groups.

With over 20 years in the profession, Gerald has expertise in all types of business structures, as well as a specialised understanding of the property and construction, retail, primary production, legal, medical, IT and media industries.

Some of Gerald’s major projects have involved preparing due diligence reports for a merger of two publicly listed companies, providing structuring advice for a large property development, and assisting a client with the business restructure of a large wholesale enterprise.

Gerald has also assisted clients with ATO high-wealth reviews, and with a keen interest in everything IT, has also assisted clients with major software implementations within their businesses.
