Tina Kiernan

Tina Kiernan is a Managing Partner in the Business Services division of Bentleys Queensland.

Tina is a Chartered Accountant who has been with the firm since 2000. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Economics. Having grown up with family ties in Central Queensland, Tina maintains strong connections with her significant client base in regional and rural areas, including primary producers and rural enterprises operating across the cattle, grain and horticultural sectors.

Tina specialises in providing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services to multinational fund managers and private corporations that have invested in Australian agri-assets and businesses. She has built a significant client base across the UK, US and Asia. Tina works closely with these clients across all facets of their businesses, at the operational, financial and strategic levels. She understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across an organisation, and working with them to meet their distinctive requirements.

Tina is also the lead contact in Bentleys’ specialist agribusiness team for our work with the Queensland Rural Development and Industry Authority on the Farm Business Analysis Assistance program. This program assists primary producers experiencing financial distress and provides access to Bentleys’ financial expertise and comprehensive analysis for their farm businesses.
