Michael Rica

Michael Rica is an Associate Director at Bentleys Queensland. With over a decade of experience in accounting and tax advisory, Michael supports his clients with a holistic range of services designed to meet their evolving business needs.

While spending the majority of his career with Bentleys, he also served as the CFO of a Brisbane-based manufacturing business. This experience gives him a unique perspective on client needs, informed by both an external accountant’s viewpoint and an internal finance manager’s lens.

Michael is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute, supporting the delivery of clear, accurate, and practical tax advice within Australia’s complex tax landscape. He has worked across a broad range of transactions, including tax restructures, tax due diligence engagements, and advising on the tax components of business valuations.

Michael has strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders enabling coordinated and holistic support for his clients.
