Tim Siebert

Tim Siebert is a Partner in the Business Services division of Bentleys SA/NT.

He works closely with a broad range of enterprises to support their ongoing success. Tim believes access to timely information is critical for informed decisions and management of business risk.

Tim has a diverse range of professional, corporate, agribusiness and rural experience. His focus is always on driving real results through the provision of strategic business advice, and delivering added value with services that include management reporting, forecasting and business coaching.

More specifically, Tim’s business advisory expertise includes business modelling, strategic planning, succession planning, management reporting, change management, performance and cost improvement. Tim also offers significant tax expertise, particularly in relation to capital gains tax, goods and services tax, fringe benefits tax and state taxes, employee share schemes, ATO dispute resolution, wine equalisation tax and R&D tax incentives.

Additionally, Tim advises enterprises on transaction services, which includes structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, probity and valuation support. Tim holds an MBA and is a Chartered Accountant.
