Sandie Boswell is the Chief Executive Officer of Bentleys Australia, leading the national network across Australia and New Zealand. She works closely with partners, boards, and our executive teams to strengthen national strategy, our client impact and relationships, and organisational performance. Sandie brings deep experience across professional services, with a focus on growth strategy, transformation, and leadership alignment.

Sandie is a values-driven leader known for bringing clarity, alignment and momentum to complex professional services organisations. She leads with a strong commercial lens, combining a strategic, innovative mindset with a collaborative, people-first approach. Her career highlights include leading national growth initiatives, embedding technology and AI at scale, and strengthening leadership capability across diverse teams. Sandie is known for navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing outcomes.

Sandie is an active contributor to industry dialogue on leadership, innovation, and the future of professional services in Australia and globally. She brings particular expertise in national operating models, digital transformation, and talent strategy. Her experience spans advisory, tax, governance, and firm-wide transformation initiatives.
