HR Coordinator - Part Time

Bentleys is part of a national network of finance professionals that provide accounting services, audit, corporate finance business advisory, financial planning, superannuation advice, estate planning and taxation consulting.
Due to growth, a position is now available in our Perth Office for an experienced HR Coordinator. Ideally, you would possess at least 4+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
This is a newly created part time, 3 days per week, role which will support the growth the firm is experiencing. This is a real opportunity to make a role your own.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing generalist human resources support and programs relating to recruitment and on boarding, remuneration, training coordination and workplace health and safety. This role provides advice and responses to queries regarding human resources policies and procedures within the organisation and supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance levels. The HR Coordinator contributes to the continuous improvement in the business performance of Human Resources and achievement of the organisation's vision and purpose and long term strategy.
You will need:
• Tertiary qualifications in HR
• Previous experience in an HR role
• Understanding of awards and workplace legislation
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Proven interviewing skills
• Sound knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies including social media and candidate assessment tools
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence and build strong professional relationships
• Ability to deliver on both operational and strategic aspects of the role
• Value relationships and be considered approachable and proactive
This role will take ownership of all facets of Human Resources, working closing with all stakeholders. Main duties will include:
• Assist the leadership team to meet the outcomes of the firms HR Strategy
• Recruitment and on boarding of staff, including advertising, candidate screening and interviewing
• Annual Review process
• Maintaining HR records
• Complete remuneration and other surveys as required
• Coordinate staff surveys, annual appraisal program, training
• Implementation of electronic HR Information System
