Manage the services provided to a portfolio of clients within the Audit Division and ensure the team operates harmoniously, is adequately staffed and is supported in the execution of its day to day responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Systems Administrator to join a collaborative IT team whose work is pivotal to the day-to-day success of our firm.
The Computer Services Division provides both internal and external information technology related services to the business. Reporting to the IT Manager and working closely with the broader team, your responsibilities will focus on:
Provision of firm-wide support to ensure the proper configuration and functioning of desktop computers and laptops. Assistance with troubleshooting to resolve issues relating to personal computers, workstations, laptops, peripherals, in both physical and virtual environments. Diagnosis and resolution of end-user printer problems, PC hardware problems, email, internet and access problems. Coordination of PC equipment repairs with third party vendors. Ensuring up to date knowledge of new technologies, trends, product releases and movements in the IT Industry.
