Nicole Black

Nicole is a Director and registered Tax Agent with over 15 years of experience. She leads a dedicated team of highly experienced professionals who work across income tax including capital gains tax, as well as GST and other employment related taxes. Nicole specialises in providing tax compliance, consulting and business advisory services to a broad range of clients, including professional firms, private fund managers, property developers and investors, and high net wealth family groups.

Nicole has spent a large part of her career at Bentleys, but has also been fortunate to have gained commercial experience as the CFO of a Brisbane-based private property fund manager. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Applied Taxation from the University of New South Wales.

Nicole has developed a strong focus on the funds management sector and previously advised an ASX-listed fund manager. In addition to ongoing compliance, Nicole provides strategic advice on structuring and the delivery of transactions. She played an instrumental part in the roll-up of properties and establishment of a managed investment trust for a first-time fund manager, which now operates four dairy properties in Tasmania.
