Dongju Han

Dongju Han is a Director in the Business Advancement & Assurance division of Bentleys SA/NT.

Dongju’s exposure to various industries and processes in Australia and China equips her with a deep understanding of better business principles.

Dongju is a Certified Internal Auditor and Lean/Six Sigma practitioner with many years’ experience in internal audit, risk management, government and compliance review, ISO27001 Information Security Management System, business process improvement, and project management.

Dongju has worked for large state government departments and practices. Her international experience includes working in due diligence and statutory financial reporting roles in two of the “Big Four” accounting firms in China.

Exposure to a wide range of enterprises in Australia and China has equipped Dongju with a broad view of the business environment – particularly from cultural, operational and financial standpoints – as well as a deep understanding of better business principles. She is a focused, results oriented professional with outstanding analytical, problem solving, leadership, communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.

Dongju’s experience encompasses state government, local government, and many industry sectors, including retailing, trade, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality and hotels.

Dongju is also an active member of the community. She was a Councillor for six years on the local chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She is now a Non-Executive Director of a Lutheran school, a higher education institute, and a Committee Member of MBA Alumni.
