Simon leads the Bentleys SA/NT tax advisory team and is chair of the national Bentleys specialist tax group. Simon is an accomplished taxation specialist and has authored and presented numerous technical papers for the Tax Institute.
Simon pools his experience from 25 years of working with a ‘Big 4’, Bentleys Canberra and the Australian Taxation Office.
Simon provides specialist taxation advice on a broad range of taxes including international taxation, tax consolidation, eligible R&D expenditure, debt/equity structuring, thin capitalisation, transfer pricing, tax effective repatriation of profits, withholding tax, foreign exchange rules and executive tax planning.
