Sam Woods is a Partner in the Business Services division of Bentleys SA/NT.

Sam is a Chartered Accountant with significant expertise working with primary production businesses across a broad range of industry sectors, including cattle, sheep, wineries and viticulture.

Sam is a skilled business advisor with significant accounting and taxation experience in industry and public practice. Sam’s taxation expertise includes capital gains tax, goods and services tax, wine equalisation tax, state taxes, employee share schemes and ATO dispute resolution and support.

Sam’s expertise in banking and finance includes the preparation of cash flow forecasts for financial applications.

As a specialist in agribusiness, rural and wine sectors, Sam’s network of clients extends throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Sam also gives his time as the Chairman of the Williams Syndrome Association of South Australia.
