Paul Mazzachi

Paul Mazzachi is a Partner in the Business Services division of Bentleys SA/NT

Paul is a senior member of the Bentleys SA Partners team. He works closely with his clients to support their growth and development.

Paul is a leader in our Business Advisory team with a track record of supporting enterprise growth and development that spans more than 25 years.

With expertise in building, construction and property development markets, Paul’s recent work includes salary packaging, business restructuring, financing and refinancing, business valuations, design and implementation of online accounting solutions, tax audits, fringe benefits tax advice, and consulting to individuals and companies on Australian and international tax matters. He holds Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Business Valuation Specialist qualification.

Paul is actively involved in business and company valuation work, including shareholder disputes, tax valuations, entry and exit, purchase price allocations and running seminars on valuations.

Paul also takes a leadership role in educating and engaging businesses in major reform. For example, Paul designed and delivered the GST training program for members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Civil Contractors Federation when the new laws were finalised in 2000. He has since supported many other training programs with the HIA.

Paul is actively involved with his community and assists a local kidney dialysis charity with financial and audit support.
