Dan is the Director of Finance at Bentleys Victoria. Dan has transformed businesses within the professional services industry for almost two decades with the majority of that spent in the IT and consulting sectors.

Dan focuses on process improvement to increase efficiency. With his experience in the ICT sector, he leverages modern software systems to reduce manual processing. This has been evident through all appointments including as Treasurer of an IT industry association and board member of a managed services provider.

Dan believes in standardising business processes to deliver consistent outcomes and increase capacity. Throughout his career this has been particularly valuable when executing M&A activities. Keen to understand return on investment, Dan uses data-driven decision making to uncover the true cost to determine real returns.
