Students in Tassie: Want to gain hands-on experience while you learn?

Are you, or do you know someone, looking to undertake a Bachelor of Business at the Uni of Tasmania in 2023? Want to gain hands-on experience while you study?

Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 Bentleys Excellence Program.

Bentleys Tasmania launched the Bentleys Excellence Program (BEP) in 2022. This program is a formalised pathway in which undergraduates are offered a hands-on employment experience whilst undertaking their Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting at the Hobart Campus of the University of Tasmania.

The successful candidates will commence in our bookkeeping division and progress through accounting, corporate recovery, superannuation, taxation and auditing as they advance through their degree. The area in which they work will coincide with the subjects they are undertaking. For example, they will work in the audit division during the semester in which auditing is being studied.

Students will be required to commit to working in the Bentleys’ office two days a week during semester, and full time during semester breaks/holidays (subject to leave requirements). The BEP allows students to get a head start on their careers and assists them with the subjects they are studying. Students who successfully complete the program will be offered a permanent position.

Want to know more? Contact Robin Allardice – Managing Director – on (03) 6242 7000 or [email protected] to discuss your application.
