2020 is the year we all want to put behind us but can’t and, under these these circumstances, it is all the more important for us all to stay connected and support each other. That is why the Bentleys Network is proud to be supporting RU OK? Day.

The RU OK? mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with anyone who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs, and to ultimately protect those who are vulnerable from suicide.

Led by the network’s Human Resources Working Group, the team at Bentleys is coordinating workplace events, sharing important information to help support the mental health of our staff, and raising fund for those in need of support in our community.

Mental health in the workplace

A place where asking the question “Are you ok?” can really work is in the workplace. As employers or staff, we can all create a culture where people feel confident asking and answering this simple yet important question. Besides our legal responsibility of providing a safe and healthy workplace, these conversations can make a real difference to staff going through a tough time.

You don’t need to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend and a good listener.

Join us as we raise funds for RU OK?

Please note, R U OK? is not a crisis support or counselling service and their resources are not a substitute for professional care.
