Changes to how we work

Further to the Premier’s announcement on Friday 12 February, Victoria will re-enter Stage 4 restrictions for 5 days from midnight on Friday 12th February 2021 until midnight on Wednesday 17th February 2021.

Therefore, the office will be closed from Monday 15th February 2021 and will re-open on Thursday 18th February 2021. The firm will revert back to the remote model of working during this time. The office will be closed but we are able to continue with services during this period. Our main switchboard will continue to operate remotely.

We are still here for you

While we are required to close our office doors for three business days, we are set up to serve you remotely. While we cannot meet with you face to face, you can still contact us via phone and email and we can set up a meeting via telephone, or via videoconferencing such as Microsoft Teams. We have secure IT infrastructure in place to ensure that our team can work on client files safely and securely from home.

Document drop off

If it has been your preference to drop documents off to our office in the past, please send documents via our post office box address below. Or hold any documents until our office reopens on Thursday 18 February 2021.


We will still have access to our PO Box during this period should you wish to mail documents to our office. Our PO Box address is: PO Box 582 Hawthorn Vic 3122.

Working hours

During our office closure there is no change to our working hours. The team are working as usual, off site in the safety of their homes. This means you can still contact any member of our team from 8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday. Please continue to call your Advisor on their direct office phone number (which they can access from home) or via our main phone number (03) 9018 4666 to speak to our Receptionist.

Going Digital

We understand it may not be feasible for everyone to make the move to digital, but we do encourage you during these times to use email to contact and share documents with our team electronically. By now you may have noticed DocuSign and other digital platforms we have introduced to assist us as we work in a COVID-19 environment. We wish to thank you for your assistance in making this a smooth transition and hope that going digital is something we can continue and expand on in future.
