Proudly Supporting Weengallon Pink Ladies Day in Queensland

Bentleys Qld is proud to sponsor the Weengallon Pink Ladies Day one last time as the iconic cancer charity event winds down after 20 glamorous years. Starting in 2000, it’s grown into a legendary bush charity fundraiser with hundreds of women attending every year.

The annual breast cancer fundraiser held in the tiny town of Weengallon between St George and Goondiwindi. Bentleys Qld has long been a supporter, sponsoring the event since 2011. Weengallon Pink Ladies Day had 600 attendees in 2018 raising $45,000 for local health and community groups. These funds helped employ a Breast and Prostate Care Nurse at Goondiwindi Hospital.

Pink Ladies Day organisers said at the time, “This new appointment, which will support cancer patients in and around the Goondiwindi area, is a wonderful achievement which has been a long-term goal of the Weengallon Pink Ladies Day Committee.”

This year, in its last, Weengallon Pink Ladies Day anticipates more than 700 women for their ‘Champagne Pink’ themed soiree.
