Appointment to Managing Director – Robin Allardice, Bentleys Tasmania
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Robin is a respected and connected advisor with a passion for business. Robin is co-owner and one of seven executive directors of the Bentleys Tasmania Group. He holds the position of Managing Director, which has facilitated him to drive the organisation’s strategic vision.
Robin has a reputation as an expert in his field. In 2014, he was recognised nationally as a cloud accounting leader by being invited by Xero Limited, the leader in cloud accounting software, to become a foundation member of the Xero Partner Advisory Council. Robin is committed to working with his clients to deliver solutions that strengthen their businesses.
Promotion to Partner – Fahmid Ahmed, McLean Delmo Bentleys (Victoria)
Several years into his professional career, Fahmid joined McLean Delmo Bentleys as a Supervisor in 2010. As he has progressed to his current role as Partner with the firm, he has continued to apply his specialist skills to provide outsourced CFO/Finance Manager services for various entities and NFP organisaitons, and trusted business advisory to a diverse range of clients – including BRW Top 100 enterprises.
Fahmid’s resilience, patience and commitment to achieving results are his key strengths. He is focused on building and maintaining long term client relationships and taking a whole of business approach in advising clients through their business/personal taxation affairs. Fahmid looks forward to progressing his role at McLean Delmo Bentleys, and to continuing to support and strengthen the businesses that he works with.
Promotion to Director – John Whittle, Bentleys Queensland (Corporate Recovery)
John has been a leading member of the Bentleys Corporate Recovery team in Queensland for more than a decade. He joined Bentleys, building on his career success in the UK and in Australia in insolvency and corporate advisory firms.
He is a qualified legal practitioner with credentials as an economist and a multi-disciplinary background in finance, accounting, engineering and IT. It is this array of skills that has enabled him to work across a range of business management and consulting engagements for Bentleys clients. John looks forward to continuing to advise and guide clients along their business journey.
Promotion to Principal, Wealth Management – Chrissie Hendry, The MBA Partnership (Bentleys representative on the Gold Coast)
Chrissie Hendry has been a valuable part of The MBA Partnership team since 2014. Starting out as an SMSF specialist, Chrissie has successfully climbed The MBA Partnership ranks, becoming a team leader and now Principal of our Wealth Management division.
Chrissie’s knowledge and passion for helping people achieve their financial goals has gained her an excellent reputation within the wealth management industry. Her clients span a range of industries and all walks of life.
In recent years, MBA’s Wealth Management division has experienced increased growth. Chrissie is excited to see where new technology will take the industry and looks forward to delivering innovative ways to help her clients and support her team.
