Steps to take

Step 1 — Application

Submit a detailed CV, cover letter and academic transcripts to [email protected]. Please include your year and month of graduation and residency status.

Although academic results are important, we also equally value soft skills, outside interests, work and volunteer history and reasons for applying to ensure if you will be a good fit to our culture and values at McLean Delmo Bentleys.

Step 2 – Initial Assessment

Our Graduate Recruitment Team will contact applicants for an initial discussion to elaborate on the CV. You may be asked to complete an online assessment.

Step 3 – Final Assessment

Successful candidates will be invited in for a panel interview, consisting of behavioural style questions to further discuss your career aspirations.

Step 4 – Job Offer

Successful candidates will be offered a graduate position on a competitive salary and benefits. Pre-employment checks will be completed, and an agreed start date will be confirmed.
