About the opportunity

As a Supervisor partnering directly with clients, you will have a strong client-centric approach and be responsible for providing impactful solutions to a large portfolio of clients and gaining exposure across a broad range of financial strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service standards and make memorable moments
  • Provide high quality business and taxation advice to clients, including tax planning, budgeting and cashflow forecasts
  • Develop solutions and provide advice to improve processes and contribute to the generation of new ideas for clients
  • Prepare financial analysis and reports that add real value to clients and allow them to make better business decisions
  • Effectively transfer knowledge, by discovering insights and communicating effectively to your team and clients
  • Work collaboratively across the firm and various service lines to leverage financial and commercial insights
  • Manage team development, communications, workflow, and client service standards
  • Identify business opportunities and be actively involved in business development and new proposals.

What you will need to succeed

Your sound financial management and technical abilities coupled with a highly collaborative leadership style will set you apart as an exceptional candidate for this position. You will be suitably CA/CPA qualified with experience in a similar role.
