As a Senior Accountant partnering directly with clients, you will have a strong client-centric approach and be responsible for providing impactful solutions to a large portfolio of clients and gain exposure across a broad range of financial strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service standards and make memorable moments
  • Provide high quality business and taxation advice to clients, including tax planning, budgeting and cashflow forecasts
  • Develop solutions and provide advice to improve processes and contribute to the generation of new ideas for clients
  • Prepare financial analysis and reports that add real value to clients and allow them to make better business decisions
  • Effectively transfer knowledge, by discovering insights and communicating effectively to your team and clients
  • Work collaboratively across the firm and various service lines to leverage financial and commercial insights
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.
  • Manage team workflow and client service standards
  • Identify business opportunities and be actively involved in business development and new proposals.

About your skills and experience

The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate environment.

You will possess a positive attitude, a desire to learn and be looking to further develop your career in a progressive, growing firm that will in turn provide opportunities for your future growth and professional development.

You must be able to work well within a team as well as the ability to confidently work independently. You would be required to have well developed communication and consultation skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with others.

This role requires you to develop quickly in a corporate environment. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.
