As a Senior Accountant partnering directly with clients, you will have a strong client-centric approach and be responsible for providing impactful solutions to a large portfolio of clients and gain exposure across a broad range of financial strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service standards and make memorable moments
• Provide high quality business and taxation advice to clients, including tax planning, budgeting and cashflow forecasts
• Develop solutions and provide advice to improve processes and contribute to the generation of new ideas for clients
• Prepare financial analysis and reports that add real value to clients and allow them to make better business decisions
• Effectively transfer knowledge, by discovering insights and communicating effectively to your team and clients
• Work collaboratively across the firm and various service lines to leverage financial and commercial insights
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.
• Manage team workflow and client service standards
• Identify business opportunities and be actively involved in business development and new proposals.

About your skills and experience

• The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate environment.
• You will possess a positive attitude, a desire to learn and be looking to further develop your career in a progressive, growing firm that will in turn provide opportunities for your future growth and professional development.
• You must be able to work well within a team as well as the ability to confidently work independently.
• You would be required to have well developed communication and consultation skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• This role requires you to develop quickly in a corporate environment. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.
