Accessing and signing your documents simply and safely via Workiro
At Bentleys WA, we use a streamlined, easy-to-use software – Workiro – to share documents with our clients for information purposes and for signatures.
Through this software, your data is secured using the highest industry standards in digital security and encryption. This method of distribution is more secure than sending and returning pdf documents via normal email.
Access to this platform is user-friendly. You will be able to access your documents securely and simply with one click and add your electronic signature on any device with an internet connection. You can also chat with us and ask questions (via comments) about the documents.
You will also be able to access the documents in the future via the same link. Alternatively, you can download and save the completed signed document to your PC or, if you choose, you can create a free Workiro account where you can easily access your current and historical documents. There is no limit to the number of documents you can retain in your free WorkIro account.
If you DO NOT wish to receive your documents via the secure Workiro link – we can switch your delivery to hard copy. Please call our office and advise us of your postal address if you would prefer this method.

Information about Director Identification Numbers and instructions for applying for a Director ID
A Director Identification Number (Director ID) is a unique identifier that a director will apply for once, and keep forever, even if they change companies, stop being a director, change their name, or move interstate or overseas. The Director ID initiative is part of the governments wider Modernising Business Registers (MBR) program all in aide of building a fairer business environment through preventing the use of false or fraudulent director identities.

If you plan to become a Director, you must apply before you’re appointed.
If you were a Director before 31 October 2021, you must apply for a Director ID by 30 November 2022.
