Gary is a Director in the Bentleys Tax Consulting Division in Brisbane. He has over 16 years of specialist taxation experience. Prior to joining Bentleys, Gary was a Director in the Corporate Tax division of a “Big 4” advisory firm. Gary also has in-house commercial experience, working as the Tax Manager for an ASX listed mining company for a number of years.

Gary has expertise in all areas of corporate tax, including international tax, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and tax-effect accounting. He has worked on structuring inbound and outbound investments, acquisition and vendor due diligence, tax-effective financing structures and exit strategies. Gary has advised Australian publicly listed companies, Australian subsidiaries and branches of foreign-owned companies, private equity vehicles and private family groups.
