Evelyn Tan

Evelyn is a corporate finance professional with over 20 years of combined experience in the fields of corporate finance and banking in Australia and Singapore. Evelyn specialises in valuations, independent expert’s reports, feasibility studies, financial model construction and financial model audits. She has prepared over 70 independent expert’s reports, numerous valuations and many financial models for feasibility studies over the past 20 years.

Evelyn also has other broader corporate finance and advisory experience including general corporate advisory in the areas of strategy, corporate and capital structure, transaction advisory and support. She also has experience with strategic reviews, pre-lending reviews, due diligence, IPOs and private capital raising processes.

Evelyn specialises in the resources sector and has led teams in valuing, analysing and evaluating M&A transactions and investments for small to mid-cap ASX and TSX listed companies, including companies transitioning from development to production.

Beyond the resources sector, she has also assisted many private and public companies in transaction advisory and support, feasibility studies, strategic reviews and in providing other general corporate advisory services.
