As a new graduate, or current student, Bentleys offers you a range of opportunities to join the team.

Our graduate and undergraduate staff members work closely with our senior staff to deliver services to our clients. We provide a supportive environment where you can develop your career.  We offer you direct access to expertise and guidance to help you along the way.

Our Graduate Program includes a comprehensive induction schedule, buddy and mentoring systems and regular appraisals. We’ve found that this allows you to 'find your feet' in your new environment, while applying the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through your studies.

Through working closely with your colleagues and team, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to gain a feel for what lies ahead. Most of our staff were graduates too once, so you’ll benefit from their experience and feedback.

Our Undergraduate Program provides current students with the opportunity to work 2-3 days per week tailored to their university schedules. Many of our undergraduates feel that this experience provides them with the hands-on understanding that gives them a competitive edge in their studies. Plus it provides some extra cash to support them through their university days!

A number of our offices take penultimate year students, usually during the summer holidays, as a part of our Vacation/Work Experience Program. During your placement, you’ll get a feel for life at Bentleys and find out what to expect as a graduate accountant.
