Major Projects

  • Key advisor to a large beef cattle producer who is the subsidiary company of a foreign owned fund manager. We provide support to the relationship between the subsidiary and foreign parent entity to assist locally with the running of the business, whilst ensuring that alignment with the return on investment and strategic goals of the fund manager are met.

  • Design of and implementation of accounting software systems for a large international horticultural group, including re-structuring of processes to maintain quality and security systems and controls.

  • Key advisor to a large family rural business with multi-operational facets. After GFC this particular client has experienced financial difficulty and has come under bank review. To enhance the relationship between the client and financier, the business reporting and monitoring systems were significantly improved, including establishment of “3-way budgets” and continuous monitoring and variance reporting of budgets vs actuals and KPIs. Financial viability assessments of core and non-core assets were performed and a divestment along with a financial improvement strategy was implemented and monitored.
